Define Milestones

The definition of a 'milestone' is flexible. It could be a new job, or a new role within the same job or simply a new year (if you want to track your annual progress).

Specify the horizon period for which you want to track your career progress.

Example 1: If you have been working from 2000 to 2005, and you want to track the progress for each year, you could specify:
Starting year = 2000 | Increment = 1 year | Number of Milestones = 6
In the subsequent screens, you will be prompted to enter job details for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 (i.e. 6 milestones).

Example 2: If you have been working from 2000 to 2008, and you want to track the progress for alternate years, you could specify:
Starting year = 2000 | Increment = 2 years | Number of Milestones = 5
You will be asked to enter details for 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008 (i.e. 5 milestones).
